Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States, including all 50 states. We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes for oversized items at this time. International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing. Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days after processing. Available at checkout for select items and destinations.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carriers may experience delays outside our control, especially during peak seasons or severe weather.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and the delivery address. Orders of $75 or more ship free within the contiguous United States. Free-shipping eligibility is applied automatically — no code needed.

Dropship & Multi-Package Orders

Some products are fulfilled directly by our suppliers and may ship separately from the rest of your order. If your order contains items from more than one supplier, you may receive multiple packages and tracking numbers. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update in the carrier's system. You can also track your order anytime at our Track Order page.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated window, appears lost in transit, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@enduranceedgeoutfitters.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the product and packaging. We'll work with the carrier to file a claim and get you a replacement or refund.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items (such as supplements) cannot be shipped to all locations due to state or carrier regulations. If an item is restricted from shipping to your address, it will be noted on the product page and at checkout.

Changes to Your Order

Need to change your shipping address or cancel your order? Contact us as soon as possible. Because we process orders quickly, we can't guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfillment stage.
